American physicians Mangan and Kornetsky receive a response to their inquiry whether Assefa’s tests showed Hepatitis C–and the results were negative, thanks be to God. This removes one obstacle to the path forward.

I’ve repeated the test for HCV of Assefa and it is negative. I’ve also repeated the lab test of Robiel based on the request, and ALP is 480 and PT is 15.8 and INR is 1.36. I think the reason for raised ALP is because of his age with high bone turnover. Regarding sending sample for HLA, I don’t think it is feasible.
