Reverend and dear Brother Cesare,

has the transfer of funds (see the e-mail below) arrived in the Salesian account?, please God.

Also, we have posted your letter on the weblog, with prayers for generous replies. Have you seen it?

I speak with fellow Christians and other Americans, begging their charity.

In unione orationum,
Gregory

Reverend and dear Brother Cesare,

in belated completion of my intentions expressed in the e-mail of October 25 (copied below), I have finally today transferred via bank wire to the Salesian account the promised gift in the amount of $2,000 US to pay for Assefa Hailu Baraki’s continued kidney/hemo dialysis.

The National Coalition of Clergy & Laity apostolate has received that amount in gifts from faithful who contribute to the medical care of Assefa Hailu Baraki, patient in the hospitals & clinics of Addis Ababa.

The transaction number which our bank has assigned to today’s transfer is xxxx-xx-xx-xxx112.

By my estimates, the $2,000 should cover payments for dialysis until approximately December 21, please God.

Please accept my repeated thanks for your charity and the charity of the Salesian Community’s assistance in this ongoing medical emergency.

Sincerely in Christ,
Gregory
