Hiwot’s sponsor, Selemon Gebriel of Columbus, Ohio meets with staff at Nationwide Children’s Hospital tomorrow morning, August 14, at 10:00 to beg to reschedule her life-saving treatment & surgery.
(Hiwot T’Giorgis, you may recall, is the young Ethiopian woman from the Irob region in need of highly specialized, life-saving surgery to her bowel.)
Without the charity of the Hospital and an appointed date to begin her treatment there, we cannot advance the application for Hiwot’s “medical parole” to the Department of Homeland Security.
